For agencies, freelancers & studios

The WordPress ops team
behind your agency.

Stop burning senior time on plugin updates, malware pages, and 9 p.m. hosting tickets. Ainygo runs routine care, emergency fixes, and monthly reporting across your entire client portfolio, all under one account, one invoice, and one SLA. Agencies and studios get up to 40% off our standard care plans on volume — so you keep the client relationship, and a fatter margin.

Why agencies hand us the keys

WordPress maintenance is tedious,
distracting, and endless.

You did not start an agency to chase plugin updates at 11 p.m., explain to a client why a premium theme pushed a breaking change, or triage a WooCommerce checkout bug on a Saturday. Every hour a designer, developer, or account manager spends on ops is an hour they are not shipping client work, pitching new accounts, or sleeping.

Ainygo is the operations layer under your agency. We plug into your client portfolio and quietly run care plans, emergency fixes, and monthly reporting for every site on your book. Your team stops firefighting. Your clients get faster responses than before. Your margins go up, because most agency partners resell us at two to three times our wholesale rate.

What your agency gets

Ops-layer-in-a-box,
without the overhead.

Ainygo is built around three agency principles: you own the client, we own the execution, and you never worry about the work. Everything below is included in every agency plan from day one, with no upsell tier for detailed reports or priority support.

One account for your subscriptions

Every discounted care plan subscription you take out for your clients lives under a single Ainygo Agency account. We never contact your clients directly, and we stay out of the relationship you have built with them.

  • All your subscriptions at discounted price.
  • One consolidated monthly invoice across the portfolio
  • We never contact your clients directly, ever

One unified SLA

Forget negotiating a separate maintenance contract with every client. Your agency signs one SLA with Ainygo that covers every site we manage for you. Response times, uptime targets, emergency coverage, and reporting cadence apply uniformly across the portfolio. When a client asks what they get, you forward one page.

  • One contract, one invoice, one point of truth
  • Shared Slack or Teams channel with our engineers
  • Cancel the subscription for any site the moment a client stops paying you

Volume pricing that rewards growth

Agency pricing is bespoke. The more sites you consolidate with us, the lower the per-site rate gets, and the wider the margin between what you pay us and what you bill the client. You can mix plan tiers across the portfolio, a Woo store on Thrive, a brochure site on Tend or Shield, or a custom-quoted plan for heavily bespoke stacks, and the volume discount applies to the whole book. Every additional site makes your agency margin wider, not thinner.

The agency operating model

Four steps from handoff to autopilot.

No sprawling onboarding doc, no Basecamp archaeology, no waiting six weeks while we figure out your clients. Most agency partners are fully live across their whole book within ten business days.

01
Onboard

You hand us a client list, we audit every site

Send a spreadsheet of sites, hosts, and plan preferences. We pull credentials, run a baseline health check on each site, and flag anything that needs remediation before we assume care. You get a one-page intake summary per site inside 72 hours, ready for you to share with the client if you want to.

02
Plan

We map each site to a care plan that fits

Every site on your book gets mapped to the care plan that matches its needs. A Woo store on Thrive, a brochure site on Tend, a heavily-edited content site on Shield, and custom quotes for the handful of sites whose stack does not fit a standard tier. Mix and match across the portfolio, and the agency volume discount applies to the whole book regardless of tier mix.

03
Operate

We run care plans and emergency fixes across the fleet

Weekly updates, staged and regression-tested. Daily backups, verified off-site. Continuous malware monitoring. Emergency fixes billed at your wholesale agency rate. Our engineers live in your Slack or Teams channel daily, answering questions in hours, not business days.

04
Report

Monthly performance report, one per managed site

On the first of every month, you get a detailed performance report for every managed site, summarising updates applied, fixes shipped, backups verified, uptime, speed trends, and anything watchworthy. Forward the highlights to clients if you want, or keep them internal. You pick.

Who we partner with

Three kinds of teams, one operating model.

The shape of your agency does not change how we work with you. Whether you are a solo freelancer carrying a handful of long-term retainers, a ten-person creative agency juggling a hundred active sites, or a production studio that needs a reliable vendor to resell to its own clients, the same engineers, the same reports, and the same Slack channel show up.

Solo freelancer

You have 5 to 25 long-term client sites. You are the designer, the developer, the project manager, and the weekend emergency contact. Maintenance is the thing that keeps interrupting the work you actually want to do.

  • Stop carrying a pager for hosting alerts
  • Add a quiet recurring revenue line to retainers
  • Keep the client relationship, lose the ops burden
  • Sleep through plugin release cycles

Creative agency

Three to ten people, twenty to a hundred active client sites, a backlog of feature work, and a creative director who keeps getting pulled into DevOps conversations. You need maintenance off the roadmap, permanently.

  • Free your senior engineers for billable feature work
  • Stop negotiating per-client maintenance contracts
  • Consolidate SLAs under one shared agreement
  • Turn maintenance into a margin line, not a cost center

Production studio

You build sites, launch them, and want a trusted vendor to own the care-plan layer after launch. You need a partner who will absorb post-launch support, stay out of the client relationship, and quietly keep the sites running.

  • A vendor partner, not a faceless platform
  • Post-launch handoffs without losing the retainer
  • Detailed monthly performance reports on every site
  • Margin that scales with your portfolio size
Reseller economics

Most agencies resell us at two to three times.

Our wholesale agency rate is up to 40% below our standard care plan pricing, which leaves real room on the spread. Most partners charge their clients multiples of what they pay us, and the margin funds account management, portal build, brand work, and the sales overhead it takes to keep those retainers alive. We stay happily invisible on the other side of that math.

Solo freelancer
5-15 client sites

Stop carrying the pager. Turn maintenance into a quiet recurring-revenue line on top of every retainer, without hiring.

Creative agency
20-60 client sites

Free your senior engineers for billable feature work. Consolidate every client SLA under one agreement, and widen your margin on every retainer.

Production studio
60+ client sites

A vendor partner, not a platform. Quiet post-launch care, volume rates that make the math obvious, and no risk of us ever reaching out to your clients.

Margin looks different for every agency, but the direction is the same: more sites under care, lower per-site cost from us, wider spread on your retainer. You own the pricing, the contract, and the customer. We stay invisible.

Agency partnership FAQ

Questions agencies ask before signing.

We have onboarded 150+ agency partners. Here is what comes up on the first call, every time.

How much do agencies save vs. standard pricing?

+
Agencies and studios get up to 40% off our published care plan rates. Your exact discount depends on total site count, tier mix, and the SLAs you need. Books of 10 sites or more qualify for volume pricing; by 25 sites most partners are close to the 40% ceiling. You bill your clients retail and pocket the spread — we do not see, enforce, or care about your retail rates.

What happens if a client of mine drops?

+
Cancel the subscription for that site from your account, the same way any customer would. We stop all work on that site within the hour, and the subscription does not renew on the next cycle. If the client returns later, you take out a new subscription at the agency rate. No retention calls, no exit interviews, no awkward emails.

Can we mix care plan tiers across our clients?

+
Yes. Every client on your book can run on a different tier. A boutique retailer on Thrive, a law firm on Shield, a small info site on Tend, and custom-quoted plans for the edge cases. The agency volume discount applies to your total site count regardless of tier mix. To move a site between tiers, ping your account manager and we handle the swap.

Do you sign DPAs and NDAs?

+
Yes to both, standard on every agency tier. We maintain a template DPA compliant with GDPR and UK GDPR, and we will sign your NDA or MSA on request. Enterprise tier includes custom SLA and DPA negotiation with our counsel. Data residency options available for EU-only requirements.

Walk me through the monthly reporting again.

+
On the first of every month, our system renders a detailed performance report for every managed site. Each report covers updates applied, fixes shipped, backups verified, malware scans run, uptime, Core Web Vitals, and anything watchworthy. You get one consolidated PDF per site that you can reference internally or share highlights with your client, however suits your workflow.

Can my designer or developer still work on the site?

+
Absolutely, and this trips up agencies who have worked with managed-WordPress platforms that lock them out. Your team keeps full admin, SFTP, and Git access. We do not block pushes, we do not throttle your developers, we do not hold the site hostage. When your team ships a change, we pick it up in the next update window and make sure nothing regresses.

What about conflicts of interest?

+
We do not sell website builds, we do not run a design studio, we do not pitch for the same retainer your agency is pitching for. Ainygo is an operations-only business, and our growth depends on agencies trusting us not to poach their clients. We have a written non-solicit on every agency SLA, and we will provide references from long-term partners on request.

How do we actually get started?

+
We keep the whole thing in writing — no sales calls, no video meetings, no discovery interviews. Step one, fill out the custom quote form below with your portfolio shape, site types, and SLAs you need. Step two, our partnerships lead reviews the details against our operating model (tier fit, site complexity, volume) and replies within one business day. Step three, if it is a good fit we send you a custom rate card, an SLA draft, and a first-month margin estimate by email. Step four, once you approve the quote and sign the SLA, you drop a spreadsheet of sites and credentials into the intake form, and our team audits each site within 72 hours. Most agencies are live across their full book in under two weeks. If we are not a good fit we will say so up front and, where we can, point you at someone we trust.
