Our guarantee

If we cannot fix it,
you do not pay.

Every emergency fix ships with a full money-back guarantee. Every yearly care plan has a 30-day refund window. Every monthly plan has a 24-hour partial refund and cancels at any time. Plain rules, no fine-print traps, no retention calls.

Full money-back on emergency fixes 30-day refund on yearly plans 24-hour refund on monthly
Three guarantees

Every kind of work, covered.

Different services need different promises. Here is exactly what applies to each.

Emergency fixes

Full money back

Every emergency fix (hacked recovery, speed optimization, white screen, SSL, migration, and any custom tech-support engagement with a fixed scope and price) is covered by a full money-back guarantee. If we cannot ship the fix you paid for, you get a 100% refund. No arbitration, no "partial credit," no sales calls to retain you. Pay when it works.

Yearly care plans

30-day money back

Cancel within the first 30 days of a yearly plan and we refund the unused portion, prorated to the day. You get two free months built into yearly pricing, and you get a month of real operations work to try us out. If it is not a fit, walk away with no penalty.

Monthly plans

24-hour partial refund

Monthly plans are partially refundable within 24 hours of billing. If no fix has shipped yet you get 100% back. If a fix already shipped in that window, the completed work is charged at its standard one-off price and deducted from the refund. After 24 hours, cancel any time to stop the next bill, no notice period, no exit fee.

What this actually means

How the refund actually works.

The most common question we get about the guarantee is: what counts as "we cannot fix it?" The answer is simple and measurable. On every emergency fix, we publish a clear scope before you pay. If we cannot deliver that scope, the fix fails and the refund is automatic, no argument. Hacked recovery means a site that is malware-free, off Google's blacklists, and hardened against re-entry. Speed optimization means measurable Core Web Vitals improvement against a baseline we record on day one. If we miss, you get your money back.

Claiming a refund is deliberately undramatic. Reply to the fix confirmation email or open a support ticket in the portal. You do not need to justify, explain, or argue. Our team reviews the scope against the outcome, confirms the refund, and processes it within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment method. No survey, no exit interview, no retention call.

A handful of things fall outside the guarantee, and we are upfront about all of them. Damage caused by client changes made after we marked a fix complete. Hosting-layer failures that are your host's responsibility to resolve (we will help you raise the ticket, but we cannot refund for outages we did not cause). Force majeure events like major DDoS attacks, DNS provider outages, or core WordPress zero-days that affect the entire ecosystem. And anything we flagged as "out of scope" before starting, which you acknowledged when you approved the quote.

For care plans, the same principle applies. Yearly refunds cover the unused months, not the months we have already worked. Monthly plans carry a 24-hour partial refund window after each bill, so you have a full day to change your mind. If a fix has already shipped inside that window we keep that specific task at its published flat price and refund the rest. Past 24 hours, cancel any time and the next charge simply never runs, no minimum term, no lock-in, no notice period.

Real examples

Three cases, three outcomes.

Illustrative examples, drawn from real refunds we have processed. Names redacted.

Example 1

Hack we could not fully clean

Shared host with a compromised neighbor. The attacker had a persistent pivot we could not fully eliminate without a host migration, which the client did not want.

Outcome: full refund, $149 returned in 6 business days.
Example 2

Speed fix we only got halfway on

Heavy custom theme fought us on the final LCP target. We hit 60% of the improvement, not the 80% committed in scope. Client was offered the partial gain or a full refund.

Outcome: client chose full refund, $149 returned in 4 business days.
Example 3

Yearly plan cancelled on day 25

Agency signed a yearly plan, decided on day 25 that the scope did not fit their internal process, cancelled inside the 30-day window.

Outcome: unused 11 months refunded (one month of work retained), $1,320 returned in 7 business days.
Zero-risk start

Try us with nothing on the line.

Emergency fixes are fully money-back guaranteed. Yearly plans have a 30-day refund window. Monthly plans have a 24-hour partial refund and cancel any time. You cannot really lose.
